A SANKOFA approach to music listening fosters critical examination, and intelligent and patient investigation.
We’re cognizant that artists often prostrate themselves to their craft and we’re reluctant to quickly consume and toss these projects to the side after one listen.
We do our best to unpack how marketing, technology, and popular culture influences how the (seventh) listeners consume music.
